Increasing your profit margin starts with the right construction equipment; but knowing how to use that equipment ultimately improves your bottom line.
In today's high technology world, operators must have a thorough understanding of machine systems in order to achieve maximum efficiency and greatest return on equipment investment. To that end, Ring Power Corporation offers Caterpillar Operator Training Programs aimed at improving and polishing the skills of experienced equipment operators.
Caterpillar Operator Training is unique in the industry. Unlike traditional courses that fail to measure acquired knowledge, Caterpillar training elevates experienced operators to a measurable level of proficiency that actually certifies their skill attainment.
With a maximum student to instructor ratio of 5 to 1 in our equipment operating modules, Caterpillar learning modules combine classroom instruction with hands-on experience in an intense, highly-structured format. By carefully guiding the learning process and maintaining high performance standards, instructors ensure that all participants have an opportunity to focus on their own particular areas of interest, while developing and refining their skills at their own pace.
Participants can select learning modules from eight different Caterpillar machine families.
During a training module the instructor carefully monitors and records the progress and performance of each student. The instructor is required to follow a consistent format, and the students are required to score 100% against program standards. A record of completion is kept on each participant and a registered commemorative Cat® belt buckle and diploma are awarded to each graduating operator.

Benchmarks established by Caterpillar training ensure that graduates achieve high levels of proficiency and confidence. The payback on your investment in operator training begins when he or she returns to the job with improved skill levels that increase productivity, decrease downtime, reduce operating costs, and enhance safety-regardless of site conditions-even when the unforeseen occurs.
