A: The Ring Power Apprenticeship Program is a 36-month “Earn While You Learn” program designed to launch your career as a service technician. It provides comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship, e-learning, and instructor-led classes to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified technician.
A: Ring Power has been around for more than six decades. Joining our team will offer you the opportunity to be a part of a growing industry leader that is built on the core values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork with Safety Above All.
A: Eligible applicants must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma earned through traditional high school or the General Educational Development Test (GED). We are looking for applicants able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude that exhibit Ring Power’s core values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence and Teamwork with Safety Above All.
A: Yes, it is! In fact, you will earn a steady paycheck while also taking classes to learn the industry as part of the program, ensuring you can pursue your dreams without worrying about tuition expenses.
A: You can! Ring Power is thrilled to share that as a Florida Department of Education Registered Apprenticeship, apprentices have an opportunity to earn an Associate of Science degree through Santa Fe College with a combination of Santa Fe coursework and Ring Power Apprenticeship course credits.

A: Yes! All apprentices receive a toolkit worth more than $6,000. We want to support you in acquiring the necessary tools and equipment to excel in your role.
A: Throughout the program, you will acquire essential safety and technical skills required of a Ring Power technician. This includes proficiency in working with electronically controlled engines, advanced diagnostics, hydraulics, transmissions, and more.
A: Ring Power has apprenticeships in the industries of Heavy Equipment, Electrical Power Generation, Marine, Air Compressor, Lift Truck, Utility Truck, and Crane. Additionally, apprentices cross train in various service areas.
A: Locations will be listed in the job postings. Apprenticeship opportunities are based on business needs and may be located at any of our Florida branches.
